Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Le’SAP Beach Resort, Pondicherry, we value our guests and understand that travel plans may change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, refunds, and early departures.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before check-in: Full refund, minus applicable payment gateway/transaction fees.
15–29 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
2. Special Periods
During peak seasons such as festivals, weekends, Christmas, and New Year, stricter “non-refundable” conditions may apply. Guests will be clearly informed of such conditions at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refund timelines may vary but will generally take 7–15 working days to reflect in your account.
4. Early Departure
In case of early departure after check-in, no refunds will be provided for unused nights.
Retention charges equivalent to the remaining stay will apply.
